This shirt is so soft. It is the perfect weight for those early spring morning walks. The sleeves are nice and long. Depending on how snug you like your shirts, you could go up a size. I usually wear L or XL, and I ordered an XL so it would not be too tight across the chest. I have an XXL in the short sleeve version and it fits as well.
